Firefox crashes
Firefox crashes; does not load in safe mode; tried to submit crash report but keep getting 'Location not available', therefore, unable to submit. Clicking on browser's icon only brings the logo report. Reloaded browser from one one of your websites and still have the same crash problem as described above.

Do you have a crash ID available? If so, post it here.
Your question, do I have a crash ID? Negatory, I looked into my records and found it empty or could not find one, or I'm looking in the wrong place.I don't have one as far as I know.
