Setting to open all new web pages "full inside width". I don't mean "full screen".

You can use "control +" to make a web page enlarge to fill the width of one's screen. If you don't clear your history this "size" will be remembered the next time you open the web page. I want new web pages to automatically fill the full width of my screen when I load them. Ideally, after I clear my history, I want all web pages to fill the full width of my screen. I do not mean "full screen". I don't know if every browser has this same issue.

The Firefox Page Zoom feature does a domain by domain level of saving the users preferred zoom level settings, there is no default Page Zoom level setting in Firefox, as with some other browsers.

Try the Default FullZoom Level extension:

Or the NoSquint extension:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2592/
