how do import bookmarks to my new computer? I used firefox on the old one, saved bookmarks into a json file and e-mailed it to my gmail; but the latest firefox on ubuntu 11.10 does not have import bookmarks!

With the switch to the Unity window manager Ubuntu 11.xx displays window menus in the control bar at the top of the screen.
Click on Bookmarks/Show All Bookmarks then move your mouse to the left upper corner toward Firefox Web Browser.
You'll get pop up menu (Organize, Views and Import and Backup).
