Unable to see videos downloaded by download helper after installation of secret helper, after uninstalling secrethelper, still same problem. please tell me what i have to do??
I have uninstalled secret helper so that download helper will return back to its original working but it's not.My videos downloaded by download-helper are still disappearing. I have re-installed Firefox so that effect of secret-helper will die and i will be able to use download-helper as usual but videos downloaded by download-helper are still disappearing. I am very disappointed that I am unable to use your download helper.

Try a new Profile. Secret Helper may not have removed all its preferences when you uninstalled it.

Thanks The-edmeister for answering. But I still have same problem of disappearing videos in my drive . This time i have not installed secrethelper after changing profile. if u have another suggestion please let me know because i want download helper to be work as usual.

Do you see in the Download manager that the video gets downloaded?
You may have security software that removes the files if they are downloaded but do not appear in the dwhelper folder.
Thanks cor-el, As i remember i have not installed any security software. And also i have tried by changing downloaded folder but still my videos are disappearing in new folder also. I will welcome some another suggestion.
