If both"privacy.sanitize.sanitizeOnShutdown" & "privacy.clearOnShutdown.cache" are set to "true" Firefox 12's disk cache does not work.

I've recently upgraded from Firefox 7 on a few machines and the shutdown cache clearing feature doesn't just clear the disk cache anymore, it completely disables it. I've confirmed this in a clean VM.

More info: The Profile\ProfileName\Cache folder gets deleted and about:cache only shows the Memory & Offline Caches.

Anyone know if this is intended, or a bug?

It's intended behavior.

Thanks Gingerbread_Man.

Yes I know it's not a user support forum, which is why I wanted to find out if it was a bug or not before reporting it there.
