hello vanbr, i get the same issue when i view the page without flash - probably the problem you've described is related to the recent update of adobe's flash plugin, please refer to the following article for common solutions: Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox

Thanks. This led me to the right place. In firefox about:config The changes to: Set dom.ipc.plugins.enabled set to true dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npswf32.dll [did not exist] but there was: dom.ipc.plugins.java.enabled which I also set to true.

Restarting Firefox did not fix it BUT a full power down/ reboot did.

Thanks again

You should leave the dom.ipc.plugins.java.enabled at its default of false and undo that change.
Java isn't developed to work with the plugin-container process, so that will cause problems.
