I click on the icon and it won’t even open. I tried to go on safe mode and it won’t even pop up. I also tried to go on other accounts on my computer and it’s the same thing! I don't know what to do! Please help.

Did you check the firewall?

Try to boot the computer in Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that works.
