It looks like your Flashplayer plugin is out of date.

1. First, check to see if all your plugins are updated. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/

i know it seems obvious but have you installed the download converter add on in firefox.I had This Prob After Using Ccleaner .In The End Was Easier To Reboot Computer.Everything Worked Heaps Better After!!
