Anything I do in FF it will crash. Sometimes it will just crash with out doing anything. It crashed 3 time while trying to get this done.

hello HvyMetal52, unfortunately the crash report id that you've provided comes back as "empty" & doesn't provide the data necessary to troubleshoot the issue. could you please copy all the other recent crash ids from about:crashes and paste them into a reply to this forum thread, hopefully they will offer more clues...

for some general advice regarding firefox crashes, please also refer to Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly).

thnx, that looks like some sort of problem in with your graphics hardware. please either update your ati graphics driver (although it looks fairly recent already) or if this does not work, disable hardware acceleration in firefox > options > advanced > general.

I'm running 2 ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series in X-Fire. I keep all my drivers updated.

Thanks for the info.

Done. Let's see of that solves the issue.

ok, the bug report that corresponds with the crash signature even suggests that it might be caused specifically by version 12.8 of ati's catalyst driver. so you'll probably need to keep hw acceleration disabled until ati releases an update...

Makes sense. All of my other PC's and laptops are all NVIDIA graphics. And I don't have issues FF crashing on them.

Thanks for all your help. Hope this resolves the issue. And driving me nuts.
