Updated To Jelly Bean 4.2 now Firefox closes constantly

My Nexus 7 has just performed an update to Jelly Bean 4.2 now whenever I use Firs Fox it randomly closes the browser after a short amount of time, sometimes as short as 5 seconds, after it closes it returns me to the home screen for my device.

This is a known bug in Firefox. It will be fixed in Firefox 17 which will be released next tuesday.

Firefox Beta which was uploaded to the store today will also solve this issue.

Thanks for the reply, I can confirm that this updated version of Fire Fox Beta works extremely well on my Nexus 7 running Android Jelly Bean 4.2.

At last a browser that works properly with flash content :)
