What log on page? I have heard of pinning tabs, but not bookmarks. You can load bookmarks into the sidebar. To do that you select a bookmark in the bookmarks library window, click the drop marker next to "More" at the bottom of the window, and check the box that says "Load this bookmark in the sidebar".

You can toggle the Bookmarks sidebar on/off via "View > Sidebars > Bookmarks" or Ctrl+B

Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the menu bar is hidden.
