Firefox will not Install at all

Yesterday, I had some sort of problem with my laptop, so I restarted it. After logging in and such, I wasn't able to access Firefox again, I clicked it multiple times (giving it 5-10 minutes to load) but nothing loaded. I had to use Google Chrome to ask for help and it it told me to un-install it. I did so, but when I tried to download Mozilla Firefox, nothing happens, I click "run" on the pop-up after downloading the set-up and nothing comes up. It doesn't install at all, no error appears either. I need help asap.

you have to unistall completely firefox,dowload the lastet verision,clean the registry of windows(recommend CCleaner or manualy by regedit), reboot, and try to reinstall it without doing nothing if it will finish successufuly reboot the pc and then try to open firefox.
