When I reply to an email on my earthlink account, i get a message " Due to a problem with your browser, your message cannot be sent. .....contact support." So I am contacting support. Do I need to switch to a different browser/

hello, please try to reset firefox and see if this can address the issue...

though it might not be related to the problem dirctly, also update your plugins (some of them are out-dated & have security vulnerabilities that are actively exploited on the web).
