I have Firefox version 11.0, and I want the refresh button to be in the address bar.

I've tried customize --> drag 'n drop, but it won't go IN the address bar that way on mine. Also, I need to know how to combine the refresh/stop buttons. I had it like that before, but had upgraded firefox to a new version (hated it, so I went back to 11.0) and I can't get it the way it was before.

Please update to Firefox 21. 11 is no longer supported, and has dozens of known security issues, so please update to Firefox 21 before doing anything else.

hello ribbit3, firefox 11 is outdated, unsupported & affected by numerous known security vulnerabilities which will put the integrity of your system and your personal data at risk!

please update firefox to the latest version & stay up to date.

afterwards you could try restoring the default toolbar set: Navigation buttons like back, home, bookmarks and reload are missing

...No. I guess I'll just deal with it the way it is for now. I hate the newer versions and will not upgrade until they are more acceptable to me - that's the entire reason I went BACK after upgrading.

Is there a specific reason you dislike the new versions? Have you tried Firefox 21?
