Hey BEINSTALL,

You can either change the default location of downloaded files or you can change the default behavior so Firefox always asks you where you want to download your files to. Take a look at the Download Settings Knowledge Base article for details. It's a pretty easy process.

There is an add-on available that will send downloaded files to different folders depending on their file type. I just started using it. Works very well. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/
