OtShot was downloaded with Firefox. How do I remove this when it doesn't show up in Control Panel?

I downloaded Firefox from the FIrefox website. Along with it came OtShot. I was not given an option to download this program, it simply came along with Firefox. I removed it from Control Panel, but remnants of it still remain. Every time I start up the computer OtShot asks me if I want to upload all of my Outlook contacts. This is very frustrating and if not solved will very soon lead me away from being a Firefox user. Please tell me how to get rid of this.

please try to do following steps and let us know how it goes? 

   Reset your Firefox first- http://support.mozilla.org/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems
   install this addon:- https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/searchreset/‎

OtShot does not come with any version of Firefox for any OS from Mozilla.org
