hello, this is unfortunately a known regression in firefox 25 that is affecting a small portion of users. there is an update to firefox 25.0.1 in the making, which fixes the problem & should go out to all users via auto-update tomorrow.

you can also use the firefox beta version from mozilla.org/beta - it shouldn't be affected by the issue either.
