slow and laggy on Facebook video

i think its new problem and i check many PC and its still
try to open any video on FACEBOOK and move the mouse on its its will laggy on this video
also on youtube try to open any video and try to click on sound ) low and up by holding it on mouse )
u will see the laggy
why ??

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
