HOW DO i FORWARD AN e-MAIL TO A LIST FROM MY ADDRESS BOOK

unlike Outlook, I cannot forward a message using my address book!!

Select the message and click forward. Press F9 to turn on the Contact Sidebar and select the list from there.

You don't. You can export a list or an entire address book and save that to a file. Then attach that file and send that.
