The dialog for creating a submap appears but the submap is not installed
Hi, I select a map in my e-mail section and in the menu file I select to create a submap. The dialog appears, I fill in the name of the submap and click to create it, the dialog closes but no submap is created.

If you are using an IMAP mail account and have created a sub folder, you will need to 'subscribe' to actually see that folder.
Try this: right click on mail account name and select 'Subscribe' You should see a list of folders and subfolders. Select the subfolder and click on OK.
