How to change the bacground color of url bar for https links via chrome.css?

until firefox 43 I was using this:
- urlbar[level="high"]{
background-color: #B4B49B!important; color:#000 !important;
}
But since firefox 43 it doesnt work anymore. Can anyone help me, please?

Sorry, during copy-paste it changed somehow, it should be:
