My Firefox is installed on a Mac El Capitán OS. The installation of your approved Alpheios add-ons makes the browser crash. Why?

I have been a regular and satisfied user of the Alpheios add-ons. What has changed since yesterday?

Hi bleone.

There has been an update to Firefox 45 yesterday. The best what you can do is to get in touch with the add-on developers and inform them about the issue. Three of four of those add-ons haven't been updated since 2011, so they might be incompatible with newer Firefox versions, or need some settings to adjust.
