HI AGAIN. I was assuming that this place was an area for getting help on Firefox problems. BUT I see that there is no support at all. Not even a reply.

First of all I'm very sorry for the inactivity on this question. I found some knowledge base information that may help you with your issue:

"Have you tried reinstalling the Firefox app? If not, you can do so by going to the Google Play Store, searching Firefox in the search bar, and then clicking uninstall next to the open button. Wait a few seconds after the app is uninstalled, and then try installing again."

Hi, Thanks for your kind reply. Yes, I tried reinstalling the app, I tried restoring all the initial settings and I have even reinstalled Android 4.4. No way. It keeps crashing.

Can you see what is causing the crash from the log files I sent you? Do you need more recent crash file reports?

Hi again, Tonight firefox crashed 5 times in a row. Is there anyone from Mozilla analysing the logs? Or shall I revert back to Chrome?  :)

There are 2 Firefox app on the play store, I use the Firefox beta and it works fine for me, I think you should also give it a shot.

I really appreciate the support of helpful users of this community, but here what is needed is a support from Mozilla developers that look into the crash reports. There must be something in the crash logs that clearly shows where the bug is...
