not recceiving email on computer. downloaded windows 10 10 days ago and it worked until 3 days ago. how can i fix it?

I receive emails on my phone but not on my computer. I downloaded windows 10 about 10 days ago and at the time I received emails on my phone as well as my computer. When I deleted an email from my phone, it was automatically deleted from the computer.
