Global search does not work, Quick search found messages

I'm having troubles with the global search. In my organization there are 47 users but just one is having this trouble.

He uses the global search everytime. Since yesterday, it return nothing, no result. I just rebuild the global_messages.db.sqlite. After various minutes, he could search some terms but others did not found.

When I'm checking why, I did some quick search and it found the term but the global search did not.

Are there any solution for this problem?

The thuderbird version is 35.5 today I will update it to 45.

Updated the Thunderbird and the problem still happening.

I removed again the global_messages to rebuild it and I removed the (dot)msf from the mailbox to redo the the database. These change does not solve anything.

Any possible solution for this problem?
