how to add all receivers and senders (email addresses )contacts to my favorites or to address book?
i need to add all the email addresses in my inbox and sent messages to my address book is it possible . so i can save the address book and if i need to sign in from a different device all my contacts or email address are saved and available

To share an address book between different devices, you need to either carry it about with you, or place it "in the cloud".
I use Google Contacts for convenience and the ability to co-operate with Android devices. You'll need the gContactSync add-on to connect Thunderbird's Address Book to the Google Contacts address book. .
If you want to sync with other installations of Thunderbird, then there are addons that let you upload and download address book files. I use one of these with DropBox. It also lets you use a folder in an IMAP connected account, or your own http or ftp server.
