I use Bullguard antivirus and recently the green tick when browsing on Firefox is missing. I have resinstalled both Firefox and Bullguard, but still no green tick. Any ideas?

Update:

I now have green ticks back on Firefox, Chrome and Microsoft Edge. They reappeared after uninstalling Bullguard via control panel, not keeping original settings and then reinstalling it. I had previous uninstalled it, but through a download link which didn't seem to give the settings option (unless I missed it). I did have to reinstall Chrome to get the ticks back there.

Yes, and Hi, Firefox now longer gives your program the required permissions to have entry to those files that would run this due to changes in 57+ for Firefox Security. Norton had the same green tick in Safe Search, It is now run from a Extension that uses a Search Engine from Norton Ask.com.
