When going to the Menards.com Rebate Center, entering the numbers, and clicking "Print and View Rebates," we are supposed to be able to key in our information: name, address, email... When trying to do this with Firefox, it would not let me key in the information, so I had to open Microsoft Edge, which did allow me to do this. I would appreciate it if this could be fixed in Firefox, because I prefer to use Firefox and would rather not have to open a different browser to complete such tasks.

Hi Michelle,

I don't think that it will be possible in Firefox PDF reader in a predictable future. The solution here is to go to Options -> Applications and in the Portable Document Format (PDF) content type you have to select Use Adobe Reader.

Thank you! That was helpful!

After reading your response, I went back to the page that would not let me type into the document. When I reloaded the page, a bar appeared at the top saying, "This PDF has forms, the filling of forms is not supported." However, there was a button at the right on that bar that says, "Open with different viewer," which worked.

Again, Thank you.
