Turn off recommeded by pocket in firefox android
The previous answers (ex: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1185193) all say to go to 'settings > general > home > top sites'. There is no 'top sites' sub area. The sections are as follows:
'Set a Homepage': 'about:home' Also use for new tabs (off) Panels (unclickable label) Add-ons (unclickable label) Content updates: Wi-Fi
Please let me know how I can turn off the suggestions from Pocket and Highlighted pages. I still want it to show my Top Pages that I visit. I do not care to see any recommendations. I use other services to discover content and certainly don't need it every time I try to open a new web browser window.

I'll note it down in case this issue keeps appearing in the future. I'll also take a little browse over on bugzilla to see if maybe this has already been reported. Thank you.

The auto tagging is wrong. This is for Android mobile, not desktop, not Firefox 72.0, not a beta. It should have asked before it set more things.
So when you're on that Home setting, you see
Homepage Set a Homepage Also use for new tabs <off> Panels
Add-ons
And nothing under Panels?

Earlier it is exactly as described and mocked up in your reply, evhenry.
I just went back and there are now sections for 'Top Sites', 'Bookmarks', and 'History'. I think possibly since it was a new installation and it had not yet synced with the account there was a strange state? I'm not sure, but it seems to be behaving as described elsewhere now.
Thanks for the attention. It might need QA and bug squashing or might be enough of an outlier to ignore.

I've moved the question to Firefox for Android support.
