Add-on support has been rendered here for quite awhile now.

Other complaints about that extension going back to April.

No longer available from the Firefox add-ons website.

All that I can advise is to ask about that add-on from the supplier of that add-on now, which I would assume is Capital One or someone they paid to create that add-on. A major change came with Firefox 76.0 which "broke" many add-ons which were originally installed by a 3rd party application and requiring those 3rd parties to fix their add-on for Firefox.
