I get the notifications, but I'm not always at my desk.

It would be helpful to change the taskbar icon when mail is received, returning to the standard icon once Thunderbird is opened to view. I've seen other email clients that do this, and with all the development that is going on, it seems to be a worthwhile benefit for users.

Thank you for the swift reply. I'm using version 79, and this add-on only works up to version 72.

It would be nice if an unread badge were an option within Thunderbird itself, or at least an up-to-date add-on.
