I have used Firefox as my main browser for years - suddenly I have no sound from the internet. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no sound. plewase for some help.

Uninstalling and reinstalling leaves behind files. But that's some trivia for you today. I will need a bit more information.
I have now been into options then permissions, then turned on video and sound for all channels - still no sound coming from firefox from internet sites.
Can you post similar screenshots? The 1st screenshot, just click on the speaker and then click on the up arrow The 2nd screenshot, I'll need you to right click on the speaker Then click on Open Volume Mixer Then click on the link at the bottom of the mixer
