Firefox bookmarks all in one folder
I restarted my computer, and now Firefox has a singular folder, Other Bookmarks, with all the items in it not in their folders and instead just listed all the way down. Every time I try to get my bookmarks back, they list into the singular folder.

Are you using the Restore feature to restore an older bookmark backup? That's the feature described in the following article: Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer.
Actually, I resolved the issue by restoring the bookmarks (from the restore in manage bookmarks) from an earlier date. But in regards to your question, I used the restore, I put in backups, and I removed favicons.squilte and places.squilte.
