Can not downlaod anything
Can not download anything. (Download failed) I have tried every single solution mentioned, resetting, changing download folder, reinstall, and even config options step by step. Since reinstalled the firefox, now can not even install any extensions.

Just as a test... Try downloading another version of Firefox and run it. Do not sign into your Firefox account and see if you have the same issue.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a download manager.
This download manager works separately from the browser.
The browser tells it what to download, and off it goes.
