Any particular reason why you want to email Rosana? as she has not been involved with Mozilla since perhaps 2019 as per https://mozilla.github.io/reps-archive/u/rardila/index.html. Her Sumo profile here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/user/rard has not been active as her last post was back in June 2013.
She is now working somewhere else as per her twitter.

Hi SHAON105,
I am the current Community Manager for Mozilla Support, so you can talk to me if you're looking for support-related stuff. As James mentioned above, Rosana is no longer with Mozilla.
Hi Kiki, Thanks for your reply. I recently visited Firefox help website in my local Bangla language but there was some translation mistake. So I want to join sumo community and indicate the wrong translation to solve the problem.
Nobody from the Bangla localization team in Mozilla Support is active for the last 90 days, so it's expected. But if you would like to help, my recommendation is to start from the following page: How to contribute to article localization.
I was wondering though, where did you find information about the previous community manager email? I would like to update that information now that we know that it leads people astray.
Hi, we use Thunderbird for our emails at work and it just stopped working...I tried to do the update but it still does not work. Any suggestions?
Hi lziss,
Please submit your question to Thunderbird support forum. This thread is no way related to the issue you currently experince with Thunderbird.

One place is this old page. https://wiki.mozilla.org/Desktop_%26_Cross_Product_Support_Team
Not sure if it's the same page that SHAON105 found Rosana's detail, but I put a warning on that wiki anyway.
