Decrypted HTML emails show as plain text code
I've just set up OpenPGP in Thunderbird 91.10.0, Windows 10, to receive Facebook notification emails encrypted. Facebook supports this, and I've just received an email from them which Thunderbird decrypted correctly and showed. The OpenPGP button shows above the email. But the email content shows as the plain text code of an HTML document. If I save the text into a file, give it an .html extension and open it in Firefox, it displays perfectly just like my unencrypted FB emails normally arrive. How can I get Thunderbird to display decrypted HTML emails in their HTML visual format? I've not used encryption before, but I couldn't find any relevant settings or preferences to change.

Does no one have any clues about this? Is it a bug, that encrypted html emails aren't decrypted and displayed into html visually, just into the raw code?
How can I get Thunderbird to display decrypted HTML emails in their HTML visual format?
In the main Thunderbird window: View (Alt-V) - Message Body As - Original HTML
That's already my normal setting for all emails, and doesn't solve it. As I said, normal unencrypted FB HTML emails display perfectly, as do all other emails, many of which are HTML.
It's only decrypted emails that ignore the settings and display as plain HTML code. I've also tried the other two Message Body As options and neither make any difference.
It's as if the output from OpenPGP is bypassing the display options altogether. But OpenPGP doesn't seem to have any settings to alter, apart from which encryption key to use.
