medicare.gov will not log me in

For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to log into my medicare.gov account and firefox will not load. After I click "log in" it comes back with " can't process your request at this time" tried different computer and it still does the same.. Tried chrome and it works with NO problems. Why is firefox blocking the site???

I have the exact problem. I tried Microsoft Edge and it allowed me to log in. Apparently something unique to Firefox is blocking the sign on to Medicare.
