When I start entering an address or a search term into a new tab or new window I'll get "Search with Amazon" as top suggestion. How can I remove "Top Sites" suggestions on recent Firefox versions?

Wybrane rozwiązanie

Sorry, I have to correct the last statement: Only one of the solutions proposed in the other thread is still working.

It's still possible to switch it off with the "about:config Method".

This is probably not the right place for change requests, but I think it should be made it more easy for firefox users to switch off those sponsored results.
