ITVX player no longer runs, comes up with message attached that says come back later. Microsoft edge works OK. This error appears to have occured since last update, tried DRM ticked and unticked, no change, please advise? BBC iplayer works OK.

The DRM plugin is downloaded from *redirector.gvt1.com* which might be blocked. I you visit it directly, do you get a 404 error page or some other error?

Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile. Make sure you stay signed out of your sync account when testing.

You have not got back to me about REDIRECTOR, However i have solved problem by going back an update, this was OK, then reinstalled update, now all OK. Tony.
