Good morning, I would like to cancel the subscription of an email account that I no longer have enabled. A few days ago I was charged for the service and I have not used this email address for 6 months. I would appreciate it if that amount could be reimbursed.

Contact your email provider and tell them you wish to cancel the service. Thunderbird is an email client and not a provider of mail services.
