I went to Fullscreen, and now can't go back...my Firefox button has disappeared. ANy suggestions?

I have just upgraded to FF4. I was just trying various settings, and went to Fullscreen. I dislike working in that mode, but can't get back to my previous settings. The FF button has completely disappeared.

I tried reopening FF in safe mode, but it is still on the Fullscreen setting and there is still no FF button.

I'm working in Vista.

Try F11... I think that should do the trick.
