i am using windows vista, and i like to print coupons off the internet, but firefox will not download the coupon printer, when i click on download nothing happens the box comes up asking me to save the file and when i click on save nothing happens. what am i doing wrong?

What is the name of the file that is saved?

If it ends in .xpi, drag that file into the Firefox window, or use File > Open File to install it. If that file ends in something else, contact the website that is supplying that file to find out how it's supposed to be installed.

i dont know what you are talking about the name of the file, what file do you need the name of? i dont know much about computers you might need to explain this a little further. thanks
