how to remove the bing small toolbar by the Mozilla toolbar
I have deleted all Bing references from my hard drive, from IE 8 and from Mozilla but the damned , small, Bing toolbar is still by the regular Mozilla toolbar. There is no evidence of Bing on mt add ons or on my extensions. I run Win7 and Mozilla 5 Is there a way to eliminate this thing? thanks Gaston

That Bing toolbar may be installed in Firefox using a different name. Disable extensions until you discover which one it is.

Sometime Bing is not located in the Add/Remove programs section of the control panel.
6 Easy Steps to Remove Bing from Mozilla Firefox:
1. Click on the "inverted triangle" located to the right of the orange Bing icon.
2. Select the option "Manage Search Engines...". (A pop-up window will appear titled "Manage Search Engine List.)
3. Select "Bing".
4. Click the "Remove" button.
5. Select the desired search engine from the list.
6. Click "OK"
All Done.... :-)
