When I log on or return to my home page, a download appears: file:///C:/DOCUME~1/Kenneth/LOCALS~1/Temp/rpc.html. How do I stop this download. It appears to be a list of movies from Comcast. They tell me it is a browser problem not theirs. Sent me to Norton Tech Support and they were of no help.
