I have been finding that when I send e-mail messages that these message are not usually saved in the "sent" file. Why is that? I send approximately 6 to 15 messages daily and I have to refer back to a previously "sent" message to make sure I am not sending it to the same people I sent it before. I find that the message was never saved in my "sent file". Why is that? When I checked my "sent file", I had about 8 messages that I had sent from the middle of April and none for May. I also wish to know why, when I pull up my e-mail account, it automatically opens right up, without passwords or sign ins. What is the point of having a password if the e-mail is going to open up simply by clicking on "e-mail."?

Firefox is a web browser and not a email client. So either you are referring to one of a ton of webmail services like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo! etc or a email client like Thunderbird.

If Thunderbird then see https://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_messaging (official) and http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=50 for support forums.
