firefox, im guessing that now i can ask a question my password problem is solved, at least for support. now do i need another password for general signin. now i have asked for reset instructions twice and was informed that they would be mailed to dnae16@gmail.com and yet i recieved neither one so i think i should state state that address once again for your expected reply and for those in the futur. thank you for your help. Eric

Hi Eric, you probably have different passwords for this support forum, for the Sync service, and for other sites. Could you be more specific about what you mean by general signin?
