I can't see listeners' reviews on Audible.com, I get the message javascript void, even when in safe mode & after resetting Firefox, fine in Chrome..........
Hi, I use Audible .com a great deal and appreciate seeing reviewers' comments. These are now blocked in Firefox,. A little sign comes up javascriptvoid(0). Have tried restarting in safe mode, resetting Firefox and even reinstalling java, to no avail. The reviews are all accessible when using Chrome ...which I would rather not do...

Can you give more detail (If the problemis on a public page not requiring a login).
- Is it a particular page of that site that does not work ?
- can you provide a link ?
- I assume it is this site
http://www.audible.com/
see also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Audible.com - And that you are accessing the site using Firefox on a desktop PC (You appear to be posting from a PC using Vista)
Try using Ctrl+F5 whilst on the problem page. If that does not help then clear the cookies for that site

If the problem continues, besides a link maybe also attach a screenshot of the problem
Many thanks for your reply. The problem arises for me across the whole Audible website. The site is: http://www.audible.co.uk.
I am using a desktop pc with windows Vista - have been using this for several years. This particular problem has only occurred in the last couple of weeks.
I have tried your suggestions, deleted all cookies, tried Ctrl+F5 and now attach a screenshot.
The little java pop up on bottom lhs appears when I click onto any of the "Audible listener reviews", MOST HELPFUL etc.
Seems to work ok for me. This is something I looked at, a top review of a top offer http://www.audible.co.uk/listener/A24FQWW7OYXY9U?asin=&
I do get the popup about javascriptvoid, but as long as I do not have script blockers operating I do see the list change and display the selected Most Helpful or whatever I pick.
You did not list your extensions when asking the question, but you did mention that you had tried in Firefox's safemode. Please try again in safe mode and this time clear cookies and use Ctrl+F5. If that fails to help it is worth trying a new profile. Use the profile manager to create a new additional profile. Use that in safe mode and with all plugins disabled.
Many thanks for your help - finally got it working!
Glad it works. Did you find the reason for the problem, and do you need any further help in getting things back to normal?
Do you encounter this problem only when you are logged in to the site? If so, and it just started in Firefox 23, check for a "shield" icon to the left of the URL in the address bar. Its presence indicates a problem with mixed content (HTTP in an HTTPS site). When I view the page logged out, the URL to get a different category of reviews goes to Amazon on an HTTP address, but I don't know about when you're logged in.
This article has more information on the mixed content blocking feature: Mixed content blocking in Firefox
Actually, I see from your screenshot that you're not on a secure connection, so never mind on that.
Links that show the URL javascript:void(0) are designed to run a script instead of navigating to a real page. Firefox shows the fake URL in the link. This in itself is not a sign of a problem -- the script not working for some reason is the real issue.
You have been incredibly patient and helpful. Your previous post told me that you could access the reviews without signing up to Audible. I therefore tried logging out of the Audible website and found that I too could access them .. as a "non member". I then reset Firefox (which I had done a couple of times before, but possibly when logged into Audible?) anyway it works fine now. Thank you for helping !
