How do I get past the Mozilla Crash Reporter window?
I cannot get Firefox to work. Every time I open it a Mozilla Crash Reporter window opens up with the options to Restart or Quit Firefox. Neither of these work. I have the five most recent ID report numbers as suggested in previous posts. Please advise where to go from here. bp-dc516e11-d27b-47b5-aa94-b69ab2131007 bp-4a781805-f7a0-4df9-8ecb-d491b2131007 bp-ac6aabe9-c2a8-48b2-a98e-f634c2130930 bp-915a3b9c-0518-4ab1-9186-4931b2130930 bp-00fa361b-7049-4ec1-8674-becf12120726

Please try what is said here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-performance/programs-crash-error-fault-module-kernelbasedll/9fe5d2e7-79d0-42c1-b8dc-51ed8d70f749
Please report back.
Also note that the crash reports state you are using Firefox 11, please update that, as this crash may have been fixed in the past year.
None of this seems relevant to my problem. A previous post suggested you can help by having the ID to my last five reports, which I have provided. Can you suggest anything else please?
None of this seems relevant to my problem. Do you have any other suggestions?
If you was told in another thread to place crash reports on the thread, you need to stay in that thread.
Anyways, can you try it, that page
suggests that you make another Windows User Account, instructions are at the link above.
Just created a new user account but still the same problem occurs! Anything else I can try?
Have you updated Firefox, also can you try in windows safe mode.
SAFE MODE: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-computer-safe-mode
or in a new Firefox profile.
The first four crash reports mention the TanzanLight.dll file, which is associated with Trusteer Rapport. Perhaps that software is out of date, or is no longer compatible with Firefox 11. ??
Yes, you should really check out Trusteer and try to update both Firefox and Trusteer to the latest versions or disable Trusteer Rapport for now.

Try to update or uninstall and reinstall Trusteer Rapport and if that doesn't help then disable/stop the program for now.
- Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport
