FF hangs when trying to print

Firefox will not let me print. I tried another browser and it worked. I could print from my word processing program. It is ff. I have followed any instructions on your website to try and fix and it STILL won't print. As soon as I click on print, print preview, etc....it hangsZZ!ZZ Fix this. It has happened before!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please explain the troubleshooting procedures you have done.

Have you done the printing prefs reset?

told you I did everything. could not wait, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Haven't had a chance to try printing yet

Still no response for this? I switched to chrome, that didn't work out so I switched back to ff. And still a problem printing in FF or Tbird. k Pages hang. Can you not fix this problem???And yes, I reset. I also installed and checked that I have the correct and up to date extensions and plugins. Why does this happen?????????
