Sounds like your telus email is forwarded to your hotmail account. Can you log into your account at the telus web mail page and see if that is the case.

Thunderbird just retrieves the messages on your provider's server. It does no put them there.

Sounds like your telus email is forwarded to your hotmail account. Can you log into your account at the telus web mail page and see if that is the case.
